Fundable is a financial projection service operated by Evoque Advisory ("we," "us," "our") and accessible at getfundable.ai. We help founders and business owners build professional financial models. For any privacy-related queries, contact us at hello@getfundable.ai.
2. Information We Collect
When you use Fundable, we collect information you provide directly:
- Name and email address
- Business details you enter in our form, including revenue, costs, funding plans, and business description
- Payment information processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store card details.
We may also collect browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, interactions on getfundable.ai, IP address, general location, and referral source.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Build and deliver your financial model
- Send your completed model to your email
- Respond to your questions or support requests
- Improve our service based on usage patterns
- Send occasional updates about Fundable, which you can opt out of at any time
We do not sell your information to any third party. We do not use your business data for any purpose other than building your model.
4. Third Parties We Work With
- Razorpay, which processes payments securely and is subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy
- Google Analytics, which tracks anonymised website usage to help us improve the product
- Email service provider, used to deliver your model and respond to queries
None of these parties have access to your business model data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal and business information for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which it is securely deleted unless you request otherwise. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@getfundable.ai.
6. Your Rights
Under applicable Indian data protection law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent for marketing communications.

7. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect your data. Payments are processed entirely by Razorpay and are PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store payment card information.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the website and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.
9. Children
Fundable is intended for business owners and founders. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.
10. Changes to This Policy
