Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fundable financial model. If you're not, we'll make it right: no hassle, no questions about your reasons.
What We Offer
Free rebuild: If your model doesn't reflect the inputs you provided, or if you feel it doesn't meet professional standard, we will rebuild it at no additional charge. Simply email hello@getfundable.ai within 7 days of receiving your model with specific feedback on what needs to be corrected.
Full refund: If after a rebuild you are still not satisfied, we will issue a full refund of ₹2,999. No conditions. No partial refunds.
How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@getfundable.ai with subject line: "Refund Request - [your name]"
- Include the email address used at checkout and your order date
- Briefly describe what didn't meet your expectation. This is optional but helps us improve.
- We will acknowledge your request within 4 business hours
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method, including card, UPI, or net banking, through Razorpay
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your model
- One refund or rebuild per purchase
- Refunds are not available if the model was built accurately based on the inputs you provided and you have simply changed your business assumptions after delivery
No Refund Situations
- If you entered incorrect information in the form and did not notify us before delivery
- If the request is made more than 7 days after receiving your model
- If the model has already been used in an investor or lender presentation. In this case, we will offer a rebuild instead.
