Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing getfundable.ai or purchasing a financial model from Fundable, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by Indian law.
2. The Service
Fundable provides a web-based service that generates professional financial projection documents, including Excel and PDF files, based on inputs you provide through our guided question form. The service is provided by Evoque Advisory.
3. What You Receive
- One professional Excel financial model
- One PDF summary report
- Delivery within 10 minutes of form completion
- Files delivered to the email address you provide
4. Your Responsibilities
- The information you provide in the form is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You are using this service for lawful business purposes
- You will not share your account or purchased files for commercial redistribution
- You are at least 18 years of age
5. Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payment is processed by Razorpay. By making payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms
- Your purchase is a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions unless explicitly stated
- A payment confirmation will be sent to your email immediately upon successful payment
6. Delivery
Financial models are typically delivered within 10 minutes of form completion and payment. Delivery is to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your model within 15 minutes, contact us at hello@getfundable.ai and we will resolve this immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
The financial model we deliver to you is yours to use freely for your business purposes. The Fundable platform, website content, templates, and methodology remain the intellectual property of Evoque Advisory. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the model structure or templates to third parties.
8. Disclaimer
Financial projections are based on the assumptions and data you provide. They are not guarantees of future performance. Fundable does not provide investment advice, legal advice, or certified financial advice. The projections in your model are tools for planning and presentation. They do not constitute a valuation or certified financial statement. We recommend consulting a qualified CA or financial advisor for regulatory filings or formal investment documents.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Evoque Advisory shall not be liable for business decisions made based on your financial model, accuracy of projections based on inputs you provided, or indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (₹2,999).
10. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably by emailing hello@getfundable.ai first.
